PALS (PEDIATRIC ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT)

• 1 and 2 rescuer child/infant CPR and AED use
• Management of respiratory emergencies
• Rhythm disturbances and electrical therapy
• Vascular access
• Resuscitation team concept
• Cardiac, respiratory, shock case discussions, and stimulations
• Systematic approach to pediatric assessment

You may select the renewal course ONLY if your AHA PALS card is still valid. Please bring a copy of the card on the day of the course, as we honor the card until the end of the month it is set to expire on. If your card is not valid, you will be switched to the initial course and pay the difference. As a requirement before class, please complete the online pretest provided in your confirmation email upon completing your registration. Please note this is a FULL day course, please plan accordingly. Students will not be allowed to leave early, course will finish once students complete the skills testing and exam.
